Cancellation Policy

General Terms & Conditions By booking any service with Charlie (Yoga & Thai Massage), you agree to the following terms and conditions: 1. Booking & Scheduling * All sessions must be booked in advance via Instagram or WhatsApp. * Sessions are confirmed only after Charlie responds and agrees on a time and date. * For online sessions, a private link will be sent after confirmation. This link is for personal use only and must not be shared. 2. Payment * Payment is due at the time of the session unless agreed otherwise. * Accepted payment methods will be confirmed during booking. * All package payments must be made in full before the first session. 3. Cancellations & Rescheduling * If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify Charlie at least 48 hours in advance. * Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session may be charged in full or deducted from your package. 4. Package Validity * Packages are valid for a specific time frame (e.g., 1 to 3 months) from the date of the first session. * Packages are non-refundable and non-transferable. * Missed sessions within the validity period cannot be carried over. 5. Health & Responsibility * Please inform Charlie of any medical conditions, injuries, or concerns prior to your session. * Services are not a replacement for professional medical treatment or diagnosis. * You participate at your own risk and are responsible for your own well-being during the session. 6. Client Conduct * Respectful and appropriate behavior is expected at all times. * Charlie reserves the right to refuse or end a session if there is inappropriate conduct, with no refund. 7. Privacy * Any personal information shared during booking or sessions is kept strictly confidential and will not be shared without consent.
